I am a PhD candidate at the School of International Studies (SIS) at the University of Trento in Italy.
My focus is on state security institutions and related dynamics of (in)security in the European Union and in West Africa. My PhD research investigates norm diffusion processes in international peacekeeping training centers in Italy and Ghana. Prior to starting my PhD, I worked as a consultant for UN agencies and NGOs on developmental and humanitarian issues, mostly in the African continent. I am an active member of UACES, BISA and EISA.
